About the role
CosX is an AI Engineering and Data Platform services company that helps enterprises turn AI into measurable business outcomes. We identify high-impact opportunities, build production-ready AI solutions, develop scalable AI platforms, and embed AI engineers within client teams — across Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services and Sustainability, for clients in India and international markets including the UK.
As a Business Development Associate, you'll own the top of the funnel: researching target accounts, building a qualified pipeline, running personalised outreach, and setting up conversations that the founders close. You'll work directly with the founders, sit in on discovery calls with senior business leaders and CXOs, and grow into running first-level qualification meetings yourself.
This is a high-ownership role in a fast-growing startup — real scope, cutting-edge AI exposure, and accelerated career growth. Fixed annual CTC is ₹6–7 LPA, plus attractive performance incentives linked to qualified meetings, pipeline generation and business closures, with rapid progression for exceptional performers.
