By accessing or using the CosX website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Services.

Users agree to:

• Use services for lawful business purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of access credentials
• Not reverse engineer, copy, or misuse services
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

CosX reserves the right to suspend access for violations.

All intellectual property relating to:

• Software, source code, workflows, AI systems
• Frameworks, methodologies, dashboards
• Branding, documentation, and content

remains the exclusive property of CosX unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers retain ownership of their own data.

• Customer data is processed only per contractual agreements
• CosX acts as a Data Processor unless otherwise specified
• Customers remain responsible for data legality and consent
• A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may apply

• AI outputs are decision-support tools
• Outputs do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice
• CosX does not guarantee outcomes derived from AI insights

Each party shall:

• Protect confidential information
• Use it solely for contractual purposes
• Restrict disclosure to authorised personnel

Fees, invoicing, and payment terms are governed by separate commercial agreements.

CosX may suspend services for overdue payments.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

CosX disclaims all warranties except those expressly agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• CosX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months

Users agree to indemnify CosX against claims arising from:

• Misuse of services
• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of laws or third-party rights

CosX may suspend or terminate services for:

• Breach of Terms
• Non-payment
• Legal, regulatory, or security reasons

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

CosX may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
