Marketing Analyst Intern

Own the analytics behind CosX's marketing motion - from content performance to pipeline attribution - and turn data into clear recommendations the team can act on.

About the role

You'll sit between marketing, sales, and product, building the instrumentation that tells us what's working. Expect to set up dashboards, run experiments, and write tight, decision-ready briefs.

We treat analysts as operators. The work you do directly steers where the marketing budget goes next.

What you'll do

  • Instrument and own dashboards across content, campaigns, and pipeline
  • Run attribution analysis and surface what's driving qualified pipeline
  • Design and analyse small marketing experiments (copy, channels, offers)
  • Write short, decision-ready briefs from raw data - not slides
  • Partner with content + sales to tighten the feedback loop

What we're looking for

  • Strong with SQL and at least one analytics or BI tool (Metabase, Looker, etc.)
  • Comfortable in spreadsheets at depth; can model funnels and unit economics
  • Clear written communication - analysis is only useful if it lands
  • Curious about B2B marketing motions, especially developer-led ones
  • Available for a 3+ month commitment

Nice to have

  • Prior exposure to HubSpot, GA4, or similar marketing stacks
  • Light Python for analysis or scraping
  • Background in growth, content, or community is a plus
